DNA Lofts Boston
DNA Lofts Boston transforms existing buildings and new construction into 59 distinctive loft-style homes designed for modern urban living. Offering open floor plans, spacious interiors, and contemporary kitchens and baths, each residence provides a flexible canvas for personal style. With soaring ceilings, expansive windows, private balconies, city views, deeded parking, and shared amenities including a landscaped courtyard, community room, and rooftop deck, DNA Lofts delivers authentic loft living with both character and convenience.
The Golf Club of New England
DeVellis Consulting Group oversaw the design and permitting of The Golf Club of New England, an Arnold Palmer–designed, PGA-caliber course on nearly 600 acres in Greenland and Stratham, New Hampshire. The project moved from concept to construction in under twelve months and includes 37 home sites, an 18,000-square-foot clubhouse, extensive wetland enhancements, and over 250 acres preserved as permanent open space.
EDGE Sports Center
Founded in 2007, the Bedford Sports Center was created to provide a state-of-the-art, year-round athletic facility serving all ages and abilities. The 75,000-square-foot complex features a full-size hockey rink, two indoor turf fields, and advanced athlete training and physical therapy facilities. Delivered in an unprecedented ten-month design-to-occupancy timeline, the project reflects a highly collaborative effort between founders, partners, lenders, and the local community.
Soon after opening, growing demand led to the expansion of the EDGE Sports Center. Under Brian DeVellis’ leadership, a long-term lease was secured with the Massachusetts Port Authority, enabling the addition of two synthetic turf fields and a seasonal fabric dome for winter use. This expansion freed existing turf space for conversion into a second ice rink, supporting the continued growth of hockey and field sports programs. Together, these facilities demonstrate a commitment to adaptable design, efficient delivery, and high-quality athletic amenities.
Leah Farms
This thoughtfully designed 55+ community in MetroWest offers a maintenance-free lifestyle where active adults can truly thrive. Located beside the Ashland Senior Center, Ashland State Park, and the Boston Marathon route, the community preserves over half of its wooded landscape as protected open space. Homes are carefully positioned to maximize natural light, views, and privacy, creating a true sense of place. A luxury-style community building hosts social events and gatherings, fostering meaningful connections among residents who share common interests.
